“Lived here for about 8 months in a newly renovated unit. Most apartments do some minor touch ups like updated flooring, new paint, etc. but Windfield really brought the bar higher on their renovations. New appliances, new floor, new counter tops, new lighting, new EVERYTHING. Inside was gorgeous.
They are pet friendly with several walkways in between buildings and also an open area for dogs. Parking spots are assigned so you never have to worry about fighting other people for a spot near your place. Management was always super nice, attentive, and if any problems arose (even minor ones) they will take care of it. Maintenance guys are always running around helping people. I can't remember a single day not seeing one of the maintenance guys on a golf cart going to work on something. These guys will be on top of it for whatever you need.
Cost vs what you get is great. Reasonable rent for a great place to live in a great area close to basically everything. Overall this is one of the best places I have lived honestly. I try to keep any of my reviews as realistic and honest as possible, so if you are considering moving here just do it. You won't be disappointed.”

The office staff is amazing, from the Office Manager Rita, to the leasing agent Warren, and not to mention the awesome maintenance staff. “I've been here for 3 months and I absolutely love it.....its quite quaint for one person in the one bedroom classic. My next move is going to be the renovated unit with the patio. I love the peace and quiet and I feel safe and secure knowing that we have Fort Bend constables who live on property. Oh yeah I almost forgot the maintenance is great....they answer every request fast and efficient....and they are friendly and do professional work.”

“I moved to Houston from Iowa last year without much notice due to work. Didn’t know a thing about this city. I was put in a hotel when I first got here, and I needed to choose a place fast. Serendipity this was a place so close to my office! Very nice townhouses and they have two stories which make them seem huge. Gated community and located in the perfect spot on 59 in between Sugar Land and Houston city limits. Lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping centers within walking distance. Tre and Wendy are very friendly, professional, and great at communication. Not sure what happened to Arthur but he was always super friendly as well. The maintenance people that drive around in golf carts always wave and say hello. Nice neighbors, and relatively quiet. I would for sure recommend!”

“This is my first time renting a townhome and let’s just say I do not plan on going to an apartment ever again. Very spacious for the rent , so definitely get your moneys worth . The community here is nice , very quiet which I absolutely love . The only reasons I’m giving four stars is because that fifth star would be to do better paint jobs / cleaning after tenets leave. Also ,which out of their control, someone keeps breaking main gates I do not know how but it’s getting pretty crazy how many times it’s broken this last two months . I do indeed plan on renewing lease possibly going for a the next tier townhome . Leilani is awesome , she’s literally the only one I go to . Absolutely love it here .”

“I'm a resident of Windfield Townhomes. I just want to send this review to say a well deserved big thank you. Last Thursday, the unit next door to me had a pipe burst, which caused water intrusion into my unit. I wasn't at home at the time but Wendy the property manager called me first thing in the morning about the situation and also followed up with another call providing more details. Jesus and Gus, took immediate actions right away to get the water situation resolved and if it wasn't for their quick actions, the situation could have been alot worse for all the units that were involved. Also, my neighbor deserves a big thank you as well. She noticed water coming from the front door of the unit with the burst pipe and immediately called the emergency maintenance line to notify them. I just want to say a big thank you to Wendy,Jesus and Gus, and my neighbor for their quick actions and assistance because when I got home, there was no signs of water intrusion, it looked as though nothing ever happened. In addition, Jesus and Gus without me asking put all my belongings that had to be moved to avoid water damage back where it belonged. They didnt want me do it by myself and knew I just got off work and wanted me to get some sleep. They went over and beyond and again I'm so thankful! I will also do a Google review about this situation,letting people know how great the Windfield staff and neighbors are. Thank youuuu!😁”
